Horrible experience. Went in for my first ever Pap Smear. So naturally I was extremely anxious and nervous. No one in this facility showed any remorse or compassion, further amplifing my anxiety.
First, as I was heading to the back, my nurse got called away so I had to wait for the office lady to get up and come around, not a big deal I don't mind. But then, the office lady proceeds to argue with me about whether I can bring my Significant Other to the back with me. The policy on the website clearly states "You’re welcome to bring company. There’s no need to face your gynecological exam on your own. If you’d like, you can bring a parent, friend, or family member to keep you company and hold your hand through the process. You can even have your support system wait in the lobby for you instead of coming into the exam room. The choice is yours! Your doctor just wants you to feel as comfortable as possible." My doctor did not care for my comfort at all. None of the nurses either. I have extremely bad anxiety and every single worker in there made it even worse for me.
In the end I brought him in anyway because the office lady finally said "Fine. Whatever you want." After a brief back and forth.
Finally in the room, I changed out of my clothes as my Significant other calmed me down, Im already shaking as this point. After about 20 minutes Dr. Parmar finally comes in. She doesnt even introduce herself, she asks what I'm here for and skims my paperwork. After I answer she looks at my current medication and tells me how if I am trying to have a baby that one of the meds I am on causes deformation in the child. Which shocks me, I am not trying to get pregnant and definitely do not want to have a child. She tells me I need to take a picture of the options on the wall and pick one. Again, not trying to get pregnant and was not asking for any help. It was just extremely judgmental and honestly rude.
As we start the exam, I am crying and shaking, I grab my partners hand because I am so scared. The exam itself goes fine, as I stated I am just an extremely anxious person so I get scared very easily. But as soon as she finishes she just says I am good to put my clothing on and leaves.
I stood there, trembling and crying after my exam was done... just trying to relax as I was anxious for days. If my significant other wasn't in that room with me I would've had an anxiety attack. Like I said, the exam wasn't bad at all but I was already so pent up and everyone in this facility only made it worse.
I was given more compassion and care from the DENTIST I saw that morning than the Gynecologist or any of the nurses. I have never had an experience like this.. I will NEVER return here and I am going to proceed to bring awareness to my experience and never recommend this place to others.

The 4 Star review is simply because I waited close to 45 mins once I was in the exam room, the light even turned off and I thought they went to lunch and forgot about me. It’s unfortunate I had to wait as long as I did but her care and time spent with me balanced that out.

Your staff could improve on appointments. I scheduled over the phone for 6-4-24 at 1:00 pm. I received a text stating my appointment was 6-4-24 at 12:30 pm. I rushed like crazy to make it 30 minutes earlier. I asked the receptionist what time my appointment was and she said 12:30 pm. Then I get another text stating my appointment is at 1:00 pm. It was confusing!
When I arrived, I had paperwork to confirm all the information was correct. It had someone else’s social security number on it. I hand-corrected it. At check out, I asked what social security number you had in file. It still showed an incorrect social security number. It seems from day one, you have had me mixed up with another patient. I just hope the correct insurance company is billed for my services which is original Medicare and BCBS as a secondary insurance. Other than that, I’m pleased with Dr. Parmar’s services.

The office and staff were good but my interactions with the doctor were not positive. When I shared my recent hormonal changes, she disregarded me and said I was too young to experience what I was going through. Dr. Christina Parmar is by far the best OBGYN doctor I have had! She is very personable and I feel like I can ask her anything and I will always get a solution to my needs. She also listens and strives to make me feel as comfortable as I can through my pregnancies. I just had my second delivery with Dr. Parmar and both experiences were amazing. She really is the best doctor I have ever had.

One of the sweetest and cleanest and overall friendliest medical offices I’ve ever been to. The front receptionist was amazing, the nurse who took my vitals was sweet, the ultra sound technician was professional, and of course the doctor herself was just as amazing as the rest of the staff.

Dr.Parmar was genuinely so kind and welcoming. It’s one of those moments where you’re like thinking years into the future and being like yes I can see her delivering my future babies. Mainly because she got straight to the point, asked important detailed questions, and even though she could’ve just ended my appointment by telling me to lose weight- she didn’t. She ordered blood work, and an ultrasound. Even if nothing comes from that, I’m appreciative of the fact that she took time to listen and truly hear me out. I don’t go to the gynecologist often and was so sad to not return to my previous provider. However after meeting Dr.P, my
anxiety about the whole ordeal went away. I look forward to making this place my home for future girly visits. Thank you again.

Best obgyn in the area! Highly recommended. I actually drive over 2 hrs to go see Dr. Parmar after trying so many different doctors in the Houston area. Dr. Parmar always spends the time needed to make sure I understand her recommendations and select the best treatment plan. Really excellent service.

My experience with Dr. Ibrahim has been fantastic. Dr. Ibrahim takes her time and answers questions no matter how backed up she is. Everyone in the office is helpful, and they go out of their way to help you. One other thing...Dr. Ibrahim tried to get Estradiol for me, but I said it was too much money. I did speak to someone at the pharmacy, and, low and behold, instead of paying up to $150, I was able to use Good RX this time and paid $25 and change for the Estradiol. I hope other women try again if they have the same problem. Also, I do recommend you to other women.

1st time patient. Wonderfully welcoming office & staff! So refreshing to walk into a physician's office and be warmly greeted instead of the 1st words being "license and insurance card". The staff was knowledgeable and absolutely delightful! Relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home instead of that doctor office (hospital) feeling. Took the time to talk with me, answer all questions and educate me on my options before, during, and after my procedure. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ibrahim, especially for menopausal women! Very glad to have found her!!!
